Dr. Davaa.G earned a B.Sc in Hygiene and Epidemiology from National Medical University of Mongolia and a Ph.D. degree in Epidemiology from the Health Sciences University of Mongolia. Her dissertation title was “Study on the current situation and trends of intestinal infections and vector houseflies”. Dr. Davaa.G received her MPH degree from the Hebrew-Haddassah University, Braun School of Public Health of Isreal, with a concentration in Public Health.

Dr. Davaa.G is now the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Public Health of Mongolian National University of Medical Sciences where she has been working since her graduation from the National Medical University of Mongolia in 1992. During 2008 and 2013 Dr.Davaa.G was Returning Scholar for the Open Society Institute at the Health Sciences University of Mongolia, she worked with faculty to improve the educational capacities of School of Public Health. Her areas of expertise include infection prevention control and public health. In addition, Dr. Davaa.G supervised and graduated 2 PhD students and 17 master students so far.
